After a sub-.500 non-league portion of the schedule, the Menlo-Atherton girls basketball team got off to a 4-0 start in Peninsula Athletic League South Division play, capped by a 32-30 win over defending Central Coast Section Division I champion Sequoia.

All that led up to Wednesday’s showdown with Aragon, also 4-0, for first place in the PAL South. Read the story here.
