St. Francis had five wrestlers win titles at the Peninsula Invitational at Half Moon Bay on Saturday. Palo Alto recorded three titles and a Menlo-Atherton wrestler placed third.

On the girls side, Menlo-Atherton recorded four individual titles and Palo Alto had one.

Lancer Matthew Luna recorded a pin in 20 seconds in the 138-pound championship match and Ryan Lee pinned his opponent in 1:30 at 182 pounds.

Bryce Luna (132) and Leonardo Maiuolo (145) each recorded decisions in their final matches and Diego Barajas recorded two pins to win the 106-pound round robin.

Palo Alto’s Cade Creighton won three matches in a round robin at 195 pounds to earn his title. Max Felter won the 170-pound division and Nicholas Quiroz won at 220 pounds.

Eli Barasch was Menlo-Atherton’s top finisher, recording a third-place finish at 152 pounds.

Half Moon Bay won the team title with 197 points. St. Francis placed second (187), Palo Alto (160) was third and Menlo-Atherton (129) placed fifth.

M-A’s Kiely Tabaldo, the defending Central Coast Section champion at 101, won 111, recording a decision in the finals.

Eden Fisher recorded a pin in her final match to win at 106, Anna Younes won 131 with a decision and Alexandra Lujan went 3-0 in the round robin to win 189.

Paly’s Ella Jauregui, fifth at 121 in last season’s CCS tournament, won at 126 with a decisive decision. Teammates Aniah Latu (160) and Nysa Bhat (131) each placed third.
