The Almanac’s editorial accusing Menlo Park City Council member Andy Cohen of “quirky comments and behavior” was not only mean and petty, but was belied by Mr. Cohen’s thoughtful and articulate op-ed column in the same edition about the city’s current seriously flawed downtown planning study.
