Paul Simon brings his “Quiet Celebration” tour Courtesy Mary Ellen Matthews/Live Nation.

Legendary musician Paul Simon will bring his “Quiet Celebration” tour June 3-4 at Stanford’s Frost Amphitheater.

The singer-songwriter and guitarist has, among other accolades, 12 Grammy Awards and a Lifetime Achievement Grammy to his name, and is a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee as both a solo artist and a member of folk-rock duo Simon & Garfunkel.

Simon’s “Quiet Celebration” show is split into two parts, with the first half dedicated to Simon’s 2023 unique meditative “Seven Psalms” album – comprised of seven songs folded into a single track of just over 30 minutes. The show’s second half will feature favorites from Simon’s multi-decade career.

Simon took the “Quiet Celebration” tour on the road in 2025, and this second North American round of the tour will take place at a series of “iconic outdoor venues,” as the artist’s website describes. After Frost, Simon will play the Hollywood Bowl and Red Rocks Amphitheater, among others.

Simon’s shows are part of Stanford’s Summer@Live series of performances at the amphitheater, which include appearances by the San Francisco Symphony, An Evening With Goose, Brandi Carlile, MUNA and others. Tickets for Stanford Live’s regular 2026-27 season go on sale June 2.

Paul Simon performs June 3-4, 7 p.m. (June 4 is sold out) at Frost Amphitheater, Stanford; $62.50-$312; live.stanford.edu/events/26-frost/paul-simon
