Attempted murder report: Police arrested Timothy Minetto, 24, of Pacifica after he reportedly tried to choke his girlfriend, 200 block of O’Connor Street, April 23.

Attempted robbery reports:

• Juvenile booked into Hillcrest juvenile facility in Belmont on charges of attempting to steal cash from family member, Henderson Place, April 22.

• Two girls attempted to steal woman’s purse but fled when woman screamed for help, 12:30 p.m. at intersection of Crane Street and Valparaiso Avenue, April 23.

Assault and battery report: Boy assaulted by other juveniles, intersection of Willow Road and Newbridge Street, April 23.

Grand theft reports:

• Bicycle stolen from Hillview Middle School at 1100 Elder Ave. April 22.

• Police arrested Jose A. Rodriguez, 22, of San Jose on charges of taking property from vehicle parked at gas station, 1200 block of El Camino Real, April 24.

Auto burglary reports:

• Property stolen, 1100 block of Woodland Avenue, April 22.

• Property stolen, 1600 block of Willow Road, April 22.

• Stereo faceplate stolen, 1100 block of Noel Drive, April 27.

Fraud report: Identity theft, 1300 block of Willow Road, April 22.

WOODSIDE

Theft report: Coin purse containing $22 stolen, Woodside High School at 199 Churchill Ave., April 19.

Burglary reports:

• Purse stolen from table in sunroom with exterior door open, 100 block of Alta Mesa Road, April 19.
