After a hard-fought primary, two candidates are left in the race for San Mateo County District 4 Supervisor, with neither securing the majority needed to win. Lisa Gauthier, the mayor of East Palo Alto, led the pack with 45% of the vote when results were certified in May. Antonio López, also from East Palo Alto, followed with 25%, drawing support from around 5,700 voters.
