Atherton police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred on Stockbridge Avenue on Friday evening.
According to a notification from Atherton Police Department, officers responded to a residential burglar alarm in the 100 block of Stockbridge at about 9:28 p.m. While checking the residents, police saw that the glass door to the house was broken. They also discovered that someone had rummaged through the master bedroom, according to the police.
Police are asking residents who live around Stockbridge Avenue to check surveillance video and report any possible leads to the Atherton Police Department at 650-688-6500.
