Menlo College’s Ronoh awarded GSAC Runner of the Month

Menlo College’s Benjamin Ronoh earned Golden State Athletic Conference Runner of the Month, as voted on by a committee in the conference.

After earning All-GSAC honors in 2018, Ronoh is picking up where he left off. He began 2019 at the Humboldt Invitational, where he crossed the mark in the second-fastest time of 26:39.2, the third-fastest 8k time in school history. He finished behind Daniel Tull of Humboldt State. Read the story here.
